We're absolutely over the moon for Chef Shannon, his pit manager Austin & the entire Devil Moon crew for crushing it at this year's annual Hogs for the Cause! This was our first year participating and we were awarded 2nd place overall - out of 90 teams!

We raised over 30K this year in charitable donations (super shout-out to Mr. Luke Guarisco) with the goal of raising upwards of 100K next year.

Beef Brisket

Prime beef brisket smoked over oak and pecan.

Ingredients: Brisket, Salt, Black Pepper, Seasoned Salt.

Brisket is fully cooked. Brisket may be stored in the fridge for up to 10 days, or frozen for up to 3 months.

Smoked Ribs

Heritage breed pork ribs cooked over oak and pecan, and lightly glazed with barbecue sauce.

Ingredients: Pork Ribs, Salt, Black Pepper, Seasoned Salt, Ketchup, Vinegar, Brown Sugar, Worcestershire, Root Beer, Onions, Garlic, Chipotle, Lemon, Spices

Ribs are fully cooked. Ribs may be stored in the fridge for up to 7 days, or frozen for up to 3 months.
